Pre-Registration is Closed !

You are required to register for the convention if you plan to enter models in the contest and attend seminars, in which case, you are also required to be an IPMS/USA member in good standing with your annual membership paid for this year.

Buckley AFB (Aurora) (F-16s, 120th FS)
Thursday, August 15
Limited to 38 attendees!  Must be a US Citizen with valid ID.  Fee does not include lunch (food court available on site).  Departs at 8am; estimated return at 4pm.

Registration is closed.  On-site registration is not available for the Buckley AFB tour.

Fee includes museum admission; does not include lunch (restaurant adjacent to the museum).  Departs at 9am; estimated return at 3pm.

Shelby American Collection (Boulder)
Saturday, August 17
The Cussler Museum will be open exclusively for our tour attendees (not open to the public on this date).  Fee includes museum admission; does not include lunch.  (A restaurant lunch stop is planned in Boulder prior to the Shelby American Collection visit.)  Departs at 8am; estimated return at 3pm.

Online & Mail-In Registration

Online registration opened January 28, 2013, and closed July 28, 2013. You may register online and pay by credit card through the IPMS/USA store . Click here for the mail-in registration form. * Pre-registration discounted fees are available for all online registrations and mailed-in registrations postmarked on or before July 28, 2013 . * After this date, online registration will NOT be available - you may still register, but will need to wait to do so at the convention.

* Please print the form, fill it out, and bring it with you, along with your payment.  Mailed-in registrations are no longer accepted as of July 28.

Online registration will use the IPMS/USA payment system to process your membership renewal and registration payment, using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover .  Please make sure you include your IPMS/USA Membership Number at the top of the form to facilitate your registration - that's how we'll keep track of it!

Mail-in payments must be by a check (drawn on a US bank) or money order (international money orders are acceptable) made payable to 2013 IPMS/USA Convention ; all payments must be in $US .  Click here for the registration form, which you can print and mail in (photocopies are acceptable).

Registrations must be completed online or postmarked by July 28, 2013 , to receive the reduced pre-registration fee. ALL registrations after this date must be done on-site at the Convention.

A IPMS Family membership includes an admission badge for your spouse (or significant other) and children.  You should include their names on your registration form.

PLEASE NOTE: Whichever registration method you choose, please provide an email address so that we may quickly and economically communicate with you if the need arises. Confirmation of your registration will be done via email - as long as you have provided a valid email address!  If you do not have email service, please provide a phone number, with area code.

Cancellations & Refunds

If later circumstances require you to cancel your convention registration, you must do so by writing to the 2013 IPMS/USA  National Convention (see Contacts ), no later than August 5, 2013.  Cancellations will be processed in a timely manner; however, no cancellations will be processed during the Convention itself.

At the written request of a registrant, a regular registration may be converted to a proxy registration.  A refund for the difference between the prepaid registration amount and the price of a proxy registration will be mailed, along with a copy of the convention program, decal sheet, and pin, after August 18, 2013.

General Admission

Daily general admission passes will be available for $10 per person, or a family day pass for $15 (2 adults and children), for those wishing to view the model contest room, attend seminars, and to get access to the vendors room.  Note: you will not be able to enter any models in the contest without a full convention registration, nor receive a convention packet (decal, pin, etc.) with a General Admission.

Raffle

Ticket sales for the raffle will start on Wednesday, August 14, and drawings of winning tickets will be held on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (August 15, 16, and 17).  There will be three categories for the raffle:  a Daily “Quick Draw McGraw” Raffle for "general" and "premium" prizes, and a “Saturday Night Special” Raffle for one "mystery" prize.  Daily raffle tickets are $1 (general) and $3 (premium) each, and tickets are valid throughout the convention.  Ticket sales will begin on Wednesday, with the first daily drawings to be held on Thursday.  Special (mystery) raffle tickets are $5 each, and a single drawing will be held on Saturday before the Banquet and Awards Presentation.  Click here to see a sampling of the items to be included in each category of the raffle.
