No on-site registration is available, so please pre-register as soon as possible (and no later than July 28, which is the cutoff date for pre-registration activities).

IMPORTANT HEALTH ADVISORY: The lowest altitude in the Park is 7,500 feet above sea level and the highest planned point on the tour route is at 12,000 feet. This represents a decrease in atmospheric oxygen pressure of 25% and 40% respectively, compared to sea level oxygen pressure. I f you have a medical condition that could be aggravated by high altitude or decreased oxygen pressure, p lease consult your physician prior to signing up for this tour. A person in average physical condition should experience NO altitude-related problems. However, you may experience Rocky Mountain High (in Colorado)!

August 16-18
Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport
Broomfield, Colorado
Admission: Admission Ticket Fee plus $10 fee per vehicle
The Rocky Mountain Airshow will be the only place to see several rare warbirds flying in the skies above Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. This year’s air show grand finale will be the biggest flying warbird show in the region. The show will feature many unique flying examples of World War II and Korea. Come see as many as 25 warbirds criss-cross the skies and zoom past your eyes in an event so amazing you will start to believe you are back in 1944. Aircraft representing several nations will be on hand to thrill the crowds and provide a once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunity. Patrons young and old will marvel at these painstakingly restored vintage war planes with their beautiful lines and smooth sounds. The show will cresendo as the world’s only flying B-29 Superfortress "FiFi" and her B-24 Liberator cousin "Diamond Lil" take to the skies above Colorado in what will certainly be one of the last opportunities to see these aircraft together in the air.
You will feel and hear what it was like to be near these aircraft as they dropped their bombs and fired their machine guns in the defense of our great nation. Don't miss this opportunity to be a part of Colorado aviation history.
